SAFETY
The use of certain products offered for sale by The Circus Shop present a risk of injury.

If you are unsure, or untrained in the use, of any product you buy from The Circus Shop please seek professional training before use.

The range of products considered to be risky includes, but is not limited to, fire products, knives, stilts & unicycles. These products are suitable only for use by professional performers or under the supervision of an experienced trainer.

Risky products are not suitable for use by children or any person who has not been trained in the safe use of the product.

It is each respective user's responsibility, individually, to assure safety of operation and proper handling of each product purchased from The Circus Shop.

Do not allow children to use any risky product. Children should be supervised at all times when using an appropriate product purchased from The Circus Shop.

SHIPPING POLICY
We use Australia Post for all orders unless otherwise arranged before purchase.

Please contact us if you wish to arrange a different type of delivery.

While every effort is made to ensure secure and timely delivery, all purchases are subject to a delivery contract.

Items are sent with the customer’s knowledge that it is not registered and (if left at your doorstep), should the items be lost by Australia Post (which is very rare) The Circus Shop is not obliged to provide a refund.

PURCHASE OF GOODS
